Log into your Member Web App

Entering the correct User credentials will bring up the OTP (One Time Password) box.

Select the option to which you will like the OTP sent and click “Send OTP”

Enter the number in the popup box and click

·You will now be logged into your Member Portal where a “sleeping card” will now appear on your Home Page

You can activate your “sleeping card” once your physical card is received by clicking the red “OFF / ON” button and following the instructions in the pop-up box and checking the Terms and Conditions box

Enter and confirm your PIN in the fields provided

Your card will now show as “Active” in the lower right corner
